DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND OTHER COURT ORDERED TREATMENT
BACC is an approved provider by the Office of Special Licensure (OSL) at ADHS for DUI and DV services, an approved provider for MVD for DUI services and revocation packets and, approved by our local courts and Adult Probation Department for a variety of services.

- MVD-ADOT DUI REVOCATION PACKETS
- MISDEMEANOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
- ANGER MANAGEMENT
- PARENTING
- SHOPLIFTING OFFENSES
In the occasions where BACC staff believes the level of counseling services needed by participant is beyond BACC’s scope of duty to provide appropriate services, a proper consultation and/or referral process to other licensed providers will be followed.
